The Cambridge Area Sequence Informatics meeting (CASIM) is an opportunity for people in the Cambridge area who work on sequencing data to get together to share their experiences.  The meeting is founded on a high level of interaction between attendees – this isn’t a meeting where you sit and listen to people give talks, you are strongly encouraged to participate in each session.

The meeting has been run annually since 2008 and attracts around 200 attendees from a wide spectrum of institutions and companies in the Cambridge area.  It is a one day event and has generally been organised around a set of themed moderated discussions.
